Theresa is always the first to offer assistance to residents, peers, and staff members under her supervision. As “Director of Care Delivery,” she is responsible for assuring that each resident receives the best services available. Theresa’s contributions to the facility include serving as pharmacy liaison, teaching quality of life basics to new employees, ensuring that the newest clinical approaches to wound care are used, and developing an innovative way to assist staff in transitioning from paper to electronic medical records. Acting as a wonderful role model, Theresa positively impacts every life she touches.
