Paetze’s willingness to help others contributes to a friendly environment for residents and staff at Country Villa. Known as a loyal and dedicated employee, she listens attentively to residents, relays information to the charge nurse, and follows up to make sure each request is handled. She continually delivers the best care for residents to make their “golden years” enjoyable and memorable. Paetze also exceeds expectations when it comes to her interaction with peers. For instance, she gives a partially blind coworker a ride to and from work each day. She also visited another who was recovering from knee surgery, cooked her meals, and encouraged her to get better soon.
